Dr. Brian Huels, DBA, M.Acc., M.S.T., CPA, CFE - Dr. Huels is an Assistant Professor at University of Wisconsin—Whitewater where he teaches a variety of accounting courses. Brian has past experience in various entrepreneurial efforts as well as having worked for and/or consulted with various for-profit and not-for-profit clients.
Dr. Anita J. Rumage, D.P.A., M.S. in Education, SHRM-SCP - Dr. Rumage has over 27 years of nonprofit leadership experience. Anita specializes in nonprofit leadership with experience in fee-for-service and payment-free client services, public policy, and government and private grant administration, and joined the team of NICNE consultants in March of 2020.
Dan G. Loescher, CPA, M.S. in Taxation, B.A, in Accountancy and Finance. - Mr. Loescher has been part of the Rockford business community for more than 37 years, and has been the president of Loescher & Associates, Ltd. for more than 25 years. He has extensive experience with capital campaigns, fund drives, trusts and foundations.
